You may request cancellation of any booking made with Airfinns. What you receive back depends on the airline's fare rules and on when you cancel.
1. Before ticketing
If your booking has not yet been ticketed, you may cancel at no cost and any authorisation on your card is released.
2. Within the void window
Most tickets can be voided until a deadline shortly after issue — usually 11:59 pm on the day of issue or the following day, depending on the airline. The exact deadline is shown on your e-ticket confirmation. Voided tickets are refunded in full, including the Airfinns service fee.
3. After the void window

An Airfinns cancellation service fee of $50–$250 per traveller applies to voluntary cancellations after the void window.
4. No-shows
If you do not travel on a booked flight without cancelling, most airlines cancel the remaining flights on the ticket and the value may be forfeited. Contact us before departure if you cannot travel.
5. Airline cancellations
If the airline cancels your flight, you may accept the rebooking offered or request a refund under our Refund Policy. No Airfinns fee applies.
