About Airfinns

Last updated October 3, 2026

Airfinns (airfinns.com) is an independent online travel agency owned and operated by VJS Travel LLC. We help travellers in the United States and abroad search, compare and book published airline fares online and by phone.

What "independent travel agency" means

We are not an airline. We do not own, operate or control any aircraft, flight schedule or airline service, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting as an agent of any airline. Airline names, codes and marks shown on Airfinns are used only to identify the carrier that will operate your flight.

When you call +1 (888) 307-6252, you are calling Airfinns — an independent travel agency — not an airline. Our agents introduce themselves as Airfinns on every call.

How we work

• We show the full total — airline fare, taxes and our service fee — before payment.
• We publish our service fees in plain dollar amounts on our Service Fees & Taxes page.
• We never pre-select optional extras.
• Every ticket carries an airline booking reference you can verify on the airline's own website.
• Payments are taken only on our own secure checkout or on a recorded call — never by email, text or social media.

Our content standards

Travel guidance on Airfinns is written by our editorial desk and reviewed by our booking operations team, who handle airline bookings daily. Where we cite rules — such as US Department of Transportation refund rules or TSA ID requirements — we refer to the official source and review pages at least quarterly. If you spot something out of date, email support@airfinns.com.
